Combining my 2 Sugar Instances

I have 2 businesses using 2 separate Sugar Instances. I am thinking of combining them together.
Does anyone have any insight as to what might be any problems ?
I am wondering, do I then have 2 "Accounts" Modules, maybe names "Accounts" & "Accounts2" ...
If I am not mistakes, all modules will have their OWN Layouts, Fields, etc
My main worry is that there may be some components of Sugar that is system-wide, not by module.
I do know HOW to combine it all ... just worried about repercussions ... ANY GENERAL INSIGHT IS APPRECATED!!

First of all you must find ONE COMMON data model and layout.
SugarCRM is not multi-tenancy capable.

the comination process is difficult than you think.
And I dont recoomend it, because it's too complex.
