Hi there,
We are finally getting rid of our dependence on ACT, and sugar is going to be a big help to our business.
However, the one area that worries us is the web based alerts (or lack of).
For all its issues, ACTs very insistent popup that reminded you to do things was very useful, a couple of observations:
- Klipfolio has alerts - but they can easily be missed, and there is no snooze function - if you do want to complete a task there's a few clicks to get the job done which can be frustrating
- As yet I havent seen any major value in the sales alerts product though we need to do more testing here to be fair
- if like me you are on a mac, then you have no alert options - other than making your CRM your homepage are there any other ways of making sure you dont miss calls etc?
I'm worried that as wep ut our 100% dependence on sugar, the increase in data organisation is going to be offset by the poor alert-ability of a web based system.
Anyone with some advice here?
Kind regards, Steve.
