Comment Box Plugin

Hello, I was wondering if there way any type of comment box plugin or some type of plugin where users could leave notes or comments on a lead that couldn't be deleted by anyone but an administrator.

Is there such a plugin?

You could use the Notes module and then set up their roles to not be able to delete Notes. This is essentially what it's for.

The Notes is in the subpanels for leads. Roles is built in functionality that you can set up on the Admin page for users.

Hello, I was able to add the notes plugin to activities but not leads. Is there anyway to add it to the leads so it will be available when viewing a lead?

It's already under the History subpanel. You should see a "Create Note or Attachment" button. I've attached what you should see under a lead.
