I set up signatures and then used the SugarCRM email client to send email, but signatures do not appear. I cannot find any way to add signatures in the compose email section, but the signature is saved in the user profile.

Did you make your signature an HTML signature or plain text? If it's plain text, you have to unclick the HTML email checkbox for the signature to show up.Originally Posted by HatCheckGirl
If you want it to display in the HTML version, you need to add a HTML signature.
