We are using SugarCRM 6.1.2 and configured the Admin Email settings with a generic email acount in order to allow the system send and receive emails. The checkbox with the text "Allow users to use this account for outgoing email" is unchecked because each user we created will have his/her own email account. We'll want to use generic emails accounts, but not at this moment.

We have one problem: each new user will have this generic account configured in the email settings (Admin --> Users). If the Administrator does not configure more email accounts from each user Profile when the user goes to Emails module --> Compose the account used will be the generic email account configured before.

We do not want to allow the user to use this generic email account IF having his/her own email account configured.
