    Question Language difficulties when config. Sugar Open Source 4.5.1.d to MS Outlook.

    Right now I am testing the Plug-in for Oulook to my Sugar Suite but when I was Configuring the Sugar plug-in for MS Oulook, using the manual, I discovered that the manual was ment for an older version. In the "General" module there is options called "Parse last name first" and "Use module team when archiving". What are these functions?
    English is not my mothers toungue so that might be why I don't understand it. Can someone please help me?
