Configure home page for users

Hello,
I already found a similar thread in the general discussion forum but nobody has find an answer yet.
Is it possible to configure the home page?
I mean I'm the admin and the home page organization is not suitable for our team. I would like to add some of my custom modules info and remove some original ones. I know I can do that for my own account from the home page (add a Dashlet). But I don't whant that everybody have to do that. I want to configure the home page for everybody, in one time.
So is it possible to do that with studio, or by coding the home module files? And if yes, how to do that?
