Configure Shortcut Bar missing

Hi

I^m using SugarCRM CE 6.3.1 (build 7095).

Everything works fine so far, but in Admin, Developer Tools, Configure Shortcut Bar is missing (see attachment). How can I enable it?

The shortcut bar (to the best of my knowledge) is a PRO feature and isnt available in CE.

Maybe isn't exactly the same think, but is possible to customize the module menu, creating a menu.php file in module's root folder and configuring its content.

Yeah, I think that the docs for the CE version shouldn't mention the shortcuts bar. I;ll put this in as a bug and see what the people who write those say.
