    Default Confused about email settings

    Hello,

We have been testing Sugar for a couple of months now and we find a configuration setting confusing, may be one of the forum gurus can give me a hint

We are using the CE version, when a user creates a subfolder in under My Email the folder is then visible to all users in Settings/Folders/Available User Folders. Since this folder organization seems to be a personal way of a user to organize his emails it should remain a localized user setting, other users should not be able to select his folder structure for display

    Is this correct?

We are currently using V5.2aCE upgraded from V5.2 CE, which I though would resolve the issue from the list of items described in the fix list of patch a

I just created a second instance of Sugar 5.2a from scratch, in this brand new instance the problem of folders from other users showing in another userīs Settings/Folders/Available User Folders dialog seems to have been corrected, thus, if there is not an elegant way to correct my patched version of 5.2 to 5.2a then my next question would be how safe is it to migrate the data already entered into my current instance of Sugar into a virgin instance of the program, will everything migrate correctly?, how do I do it?

    Best Regards,

    Jose
