Confused leads and opportunities after fresh install

Hi there

I did a fresh installation of the community edition, and all seemed to be ok, with logins working and all the screens and admin stuff working fine.

However, instead of showing the correct field titles in the Lead module list, it is showing titles like LBL_LIST_OPPORTUNITY_NAME and LBL_LIST_SALES_STAGE. When I tried to configure the list view, it made no difference.

When I do a basic search in the list module, it is switching to the opportunites module list display with no results showing.

I am certain that this is an install problem, a corrupt file problem, a permissions problem or a Richard problem, but I don't know which. If there is an easy fix that would be great, but if anyone could help me narrow down the problem it would really help!
