Hello Sugar Community. I am evaluating Sugar Opensource Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049). I also have the 30 day trial of outlook plugin. Our company usese MS Exchange with outlook 2003 and does not have IMAP or POP3 enabled. The Corp. I.T. dept is not flexible on altering the configuration. I wanted to know if there is a way for me to send and recieve email using SugarCRM. I have been able to archive a limited number of emails using the outlook plugin but we really need to have new emails show up in our sugar inboxes. We would really like to use Sugar and need the emails to work to move forward with Sugar. Are there any methods to get new emails into sugar without changing the exchange server settings? Is there a way to do RPC Calls or setup the outlook plugin to do this. Our local I.T. Depart uses Remedy and mentioned a plugin that allows remedy to sync with exchange. It must be technically possible to do this on some level.

Thanks for reading my post.

Regards,

Zoren
