Connector for google calendar

Hi guys

I have installed "Connector for Google calendar" and I am experiencing problems when scheduling meetings on Sugarcrm. I invite other users and they DO receive the notification via email however the events do NOT display on their google calendars. Is there anyway to resolve this? your help will be highly appreciated!!!
