    Default contact to contact relation

    Hi,

what I need is a relation between contacts.

    For example: Contact-A, Contact-B, Contact-C, Contact-D

    Contact-A knows Contact-B and Contact-D
    Contact-C knows Contact-D

so obviously Contact-D knows Contact-A and Contact-C - and this is what should be presented automatically via sugar after I edited Contact-A and Contact-C.

Is this possible and if yes - how?

    Thx for help

You can use a relate to filed to handle 1-to-1 contact to contacts (like the Accounts module!)

Otherwise It sounds like you might need a submodule if you really need many to many auto connections. Also you could build your own subranel that would do this.

I'm not sure you have really thought your logic out and why exactly you need the relationships and exactly what those are to be. Give it some thought and make sure you work on a development machine so you can start over if things get to messed up.

    Good luck,
    Paris
