Hi,
Some of my contacts are not visible when I make a contact seach...
1. I use sugar CRL v5.0
2. I open Opportunities tab.
3. I click on an existing opportunity.
4. I use the contact sub-panel.
5. I click on select.
6. On Contact Search window, no contact are displayed (enven if I clear all fields in the request; Account Name have by default value of the account name of the opportunity).
But if I click on create contact (on Contact Search window)
7. I fill the Last name field.
8. I Click on save.
9. sugarCRM answer me:
The contact record you are about to create might be a duplicate of a contact record that already exists. Contact records containing similar names and/or email addresses are listed below.
Click Save to continue creating this new contact, or click Cancel to return to the module without creating the contact.
If I make steeps 1-6 with leads, I have no problem.
Why my contact is not visible in step 6? What can I do?
