Contact Subpannel not listing available contacts in Opportunities Module.

Hi Guys,

i was curious if this was a bug with sugarcrm os or is this just how it is. when i create an opportunity in the opportunities module, in the detail view you get the associated subpanels. when i go to the contact subpanel and hit select the pop up picker for contacts doesn't list the available contacts to select. however, the pop up picker in all other modules pertaining to contacts are listing available saved contacts. is this just a bug in sugar? and if so, is there a way to fix it? I've browsed through tons of forums and have yet to find a solution or a mention of the issue I'm describing. has anyone else notice this? any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
