contact sync

Hey all,
I have been looking around at this for a while and maybe someone has an idea to this. We have an exchange server 2007 server and a sugar crm system. I would like to sync the contacts between the two systems so that people can use the sugar address book and if they create a contact in exchange I want it to create the contact in sugar and vice-versa. is there anything that will work with the latest version of sugar as well as the latest version of exchange.
I have tried J-Exsync and I cant get it to work in server 2008.
I also tried the Exchange sync however I get an error that it does not work with this version of sugar.

With the Exchange sync just unzip and look in the notupgradesafe folder to see what files need to be merged with the latest version. After that, change the manifest.php to your version then rezip and install.

Sorry I know that it has been a while but I was not able to find any folder stating not upgrade safe. however when I install it just shows a 3/4 blank screen and that is all ( clearly not installing) I am currently using 5.2.0e community edition.
