ContactFormBase Assign Account?

I've edited ContactFormBase to add a field for Account Name, but can't figure out how to have the newly created contact assigned to the account entered in the new field. I'd even settle for a well placed line of code that says if account_name is unassigned, assign a defalut account name.

Anyone?
