Contacts Import Error CSV file with no error message

I have tried to import contacts from CSV file/tab delimited text but stuck with error in step 3. Just the errror box with no comments in it after I click start import button.

So I've exported 20 contacts from SugarCMS examples in CSV, deleted them form base and then tried to import them back, but got the same error.

Please help me..

Configuration: MAMP Pro, PHP 5.0, MySQL 5.1.37
SugarCRM Version 5.5.0 (6653) with russian language pack installed

Hi!

Try to change an Export Delimiter.
You can do it at the admin panel/System Locale Settings/Export Delimiter.

I've changed delimiter to '|', but the same thing happened..Seems like it's some system error maybe with memory, cache or maybe coding, cause i've tried to import any csv, tab delimeted or other symbols and keep receiving this error message..
