Contacts Import Warning

I kept getting this error when importing contacts from CSV or TXT file. I did not try in other file format.
I have checked the permission for the sugarcrm folders, and have given everyone all permission just to check. And I have also do any possible repair, not finding anything wrong.
Running SugarCRM CE 5.2.0a

If I OK the error, can cancel, everything is imported, but what is this warning about? I need to get rid of it, so users can do proper established import procedures. We don't have this error in the 5.1 version.

It seems like you still have some sort of permissions issue...

Have you tried setting ownership of the sugarcrm directory and its children to apache? (or whichever user apache is running under).

Thank you for the quick response.

It is on Windows machine, so I have put Everyone permission from the top down to troubleshoot. It still comes with the error.
I believe with permission error, the data would not get imported. But in this case, the data still gets imported, so it must be able to write the file and open it.
The error seems to point to not being able to read EmailAddressVarDef?

Please help with this issue. I am out of ideas to sort this out as it seems is not a permission issue. It is trying to open the VarDef file.
