I have multiple installations of sugarCRM Community version. On the other installs I can add contacts to my target lists. When I try and do this on a different install I am not able to do this as the box to add targets does not show up. I have checked the relationships for contacts and it matches the other installs. I have also checked as the admin to make sure it is not a role issue. I am thinking I am missing something very basic but I do not know what it is.
