A contacts subpanel working subpar

Hello all,

Solutions/Suggestions/Questions are welcome and appreciated

I open a contacts subpanel and... nothing is there (see images below)
No error messages either, I'd almost prefer an error message cause it would help us hunt down the problem and fix it a little easier. We don't mind working with it on the backend, it is just that's a lot of files to go through and some direction would be a lot of help.

upgrade from Version 4.5.1F --> 5.0.0A

Basically we had been using CRM for a while then decided to upgrade and transfer all our data/info. I'm currently going through all the tables in the CRM database and comparing them to a Demo CRM we put up on another server. Everything seems in order and there is data in both database (demo just has fake contacts..etc).

I assume something just changed in the way it is displayed from the upgrade and it doesn't know what information to grab or file to call.

Has anyone had this problem upgrading their old data to the new version and/or does anyone know the files we could start looking in to fix it?

My crm style is set to RipCurl so that is why it might be different from your own view.

We made a demo on our other server with fake info to see if it did the same thing...but it worked
