I am using sugarcrm 5.2 (professional) and got two questions for you

1) when i try to upload contacts through an account that does not have "admin" rights "it says import successful but i cannot see any records but when i log in through the "admin" account i can see the ones i was trying to upload!

2) In reports when i click on download list of errors i get a response that says "Forbidden 403 Error"

any suggestions what is going on!
