Convert all leads to accounts?

I made the mistake of setting up Sugar before I had received my very helpful "Implementing SugarCRM" book.

I have since received and read (most of...) "Implementing SugarCRM" and have discovered there is abetter way!!

I would like to convert ALL of my leads in to accounts (and contacts to attached to accounts)... I am currently doing it one by one (err, not fun) and would love to know if there is a faster way.

Just a plug here, I am finding "Implemetning SugarCRM" to be an excellent resource and would like to thank Michael Whithead for his efforts in putting this together, it is definately worth purchasing!!!
