Convert Lead account form changes

Please point me to the file that I can edit the account section of the convert lead form. I'm in 5.0g CE.

Ah we chat again my friend, hope your well today.

Tried that fella but I feel a custom version of this file may be lurking elsewhere. The reason I believe this is that when I comment one of the fields out it is still there. In addition to this two of my custom fields have found there way onto this form without me putting them there. These custom fields also do not show up in the function getWideBody.

Hi mate did you find a solution to this? I'm trying to add a field (lead source) to my convert form and I've been told that you just have to make sure the field is in the accounts details list with the exact same name which it is but its not adding it to the form. I also want to remove some fields from the create contact form on the convert lead form and can't work out how to do this either.

check custom/modules/ or if nothing, search for you field string and see in what files it appear.
