Convert Lead Page broken after PRO->CE Downgrade

We just downgraded from 5.2.0c PRO to 5.5.4 CE. We are using PHP 5.2.17 and mysql on a Centos 5.5 box. When trying to convert a lead, I get the following errors:

I know it's encountering some problem in Lead.php in regards to custom field validation based upon the line numbers. Any ideas or pointers?

I guess I should ask, should I consider is this broken? The lead still converts.

Solved. Removed ConvertLead.php in the custom/modules/Leads folder.
