Convert Lead Problem

Hi All, I am facing problem in converting lead into contact. The problem is when i want to convert lead into contact all lead's activities and their Notes get transferred into contact but not all Document.

I have also create a relationship between contact and document but when i convert lead into contact no document get transfered.

please help me out.
