Convert Target Button Missing

The button to Convert a Target to a Lead is missing. Sugar still shows the button to Convert Leads to Opportunities. We recently upgraded from Version 5.1 to Version 5.2.0a and the problem seemed to start with the upgrade.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

No mods other than adding fields. Suggestions would be appreciated.
