Firstly, apologies if this question has been answered before. I have found posts which ask the same question, but none which answer it.
We are running Sugar Professional, Version 5.0.0b (Build 3150) on Debian Etch and have just started migrating our client information over to SugarCRM.
One of the issues my users have been having is that when a Lead gets converted to a Contact, the original lead is not automatically deleted. I’ve seen this mentioned on the forums before, and was happy enough just to wait for a solution somewhere and in the meantime ask my users to manually delete the lead after conversion.
However, we are unable to delete converted leads. We can select the lead, click the delete button, the standard confirmation dialog box appears, we click okay, the page refreshes....and the lead is still there.
Is there any solution to this? Or a bug ID which I can keep an eye on at least?
