Converting a lead + duplicate of a contact record

Hi,
When I am converting a lead to an opportunity I encounter the following conundrum

Leads: Convert Lead
Print Print Help Help
The contact record you are about to create might be a duplicate of a contact record that already exists. Contact records containing similar names and/or email addresses are listed below.
Click Save to continue creating this new contact, or click Cancel to return to the module without creating the contact.

I am right to receive this message the the last names are the same the problem is that neither the "Save" or "Cancel" buttons appear on my screen. the only option I have is to "Create Contact" even though I don't want to do this?

The duplicate message probably needs to be updated by the folks at SugarCRM to match the new buttons. You could either proceed to create the new Contact by clicking the 'Create Contact' button, or just click out of the screen to not create it.
