Exclamation Convert Leads to Accounts with passing over a DROPDOWN Value

    Hallo Everybody!

I am studying the SugarCRM OS Version now for more then a week and found 2 big problems I have to get solved!

    1. Scenario
I will import a List of COMPANIES into the LEAD module. If I manage to set up an appointment (meeting) with them I will convert them to an ACCOUNT, a MEETING, a CALL and a CONTACT. The Account will be still a Company. The contact is the real person I have to talk to.

    2. Problem
The good thing is that Adress an Account Name ist already taken from lead to account. BUT I want to set up a DROP DOWN field in the LEAD module, which has to be taken to the ACCOUNT data - optional to the contact data.

    3. SOLUTION TRIES
As I found out till now, the Fields in the Leads are not the same as the fields as in the Accounts. (field names)
How? Where? What? Where can I influence the CONVERT LEAD option? Because if I make a new field in the LEAD form and the same field (with an other name) in the Account form... How does Sugar should know to take the information with it while converting?

    HELP!
