Copy a case with 'Duplicate' button

Is there any way to automatically copy the link between a Case and a Contact when you use the 'Duplicate' button on the Case / Detail View page?

Hi JWG, the base product Duplicate function copies only the content in the DetailView main page, not subpanel content. It is meant solely as a convenience for initial data entry.

We can see your point about duplicating downstream data and we have had people register this as a feature request. You might want to do the same.

Finally, I'm sure some of the smart people on this forum may have some ideas about how to implement this functionality.
