Could not connect to SMTP host - CE 5.2.0c on Windows

Hello!

I have installed FastStack Windows Installer for 5.2.0c with MySQL onto MS Windows Server 2003 SP1. Email Notification Options are set up correctly. But both sending notification and just e-mail from Emails module caused errors in sugarcrm.log

SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

I telneted SMTP server given in Email Notification Option several times and it seems connect OK from the MS Windows server.

May be SugarPHPMailer has to be set up individually? Which way? Or any other ideas?

P.S. In about 15 minutes I installed Thunderbird on server and sent an e-mail from newly created account with the same settings as in Sugar. Sending mail was successful. This might point on "internal" SugarPHPMailer issue. Does anybody know how to set up SugarPHPMailer?

Sorry, I forgot to notice that Sugar files resided previously on Linux machine and recently migrated to WAMP environment. May be some special Linux related Sugar settings remain now in Windows environment and cause this SMTP issue? host_name and site_name values in config.php are corrected for existing environment. Any other ideas? Is there any other logs besides sugarcrm.log that could help to define the problem?

Problem solved! This was due to ISA server.
