Campaigns must have been sent with 'Manage Email Queue' in Admin panel
I have the same problem. But there are no queued mails in 'Manage Email Queue' in Admin panel. What to do?
If you can send test email campaigns it only means that you have a well-configured bounce-handling mailbox. To send the real emails you must have the schedulers working fine, please check the schedulers and the date/time of the Email marketing. By default, the process runs from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m in batches of 500 emails (if I remember correctly), all this can be customized to suit your needs.
