CPU usage very high

Hello,

Our company is having using Sugar 6.3.0RC1 and we are just about to upgrade. However we are having problems where php.exe is using all the processor power for no reason (see image). And we are using a very good dedicated server. Any suggestions?

I should also mention that we only have a handful of people using this lightly.

Are you using the Sugar API for any reason when this happens?

Does the usage go down if the users log out of Sugar?

Are there other apps that use PHP that are running on that system?

Hi Angel,

Yes we are using the Sugar API (specifically the soap) to connect to web forms. This is so that the form can input data directly into the CRM.

I have not found any link between users being signed in / signed out.

We are also using a Cron job to grab the emails off a server then inserting them into the cases list. This process runs every 5 minutes.
