Currently in SugarCRM a default has been set up to allow the addition of new accounts from the contact window as "Create Account". I created two additional drop down boxes that feed into the contact form that allows you to select multiple names from either list. The problem I am having is I need to have the option to create a new criteria for either list. Example I used is department - when I select department from the dropdown in my contacts I am given a list of names I created in studio module, but I need to allow the end user the option to create a new department. I think this is all done from Quick Create, but I cant get it to work correctly when I set up or modify a new contact. The additional fields I created (Department & Division) should function the same way the Account name field by allowing the creation of a new (Department or Division) as Account name...
