Create Account has disappeared

Hi,

I am very new to Sugar and was trying to link dropdown menus in Accounts as described in this article http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki/index.p...amic_Dropdowns

However, when I had finished the I went into Sugar and the 'create account' screen has completely disappeared and also I cannot access accounts in Studio to fix it.

Can anyone help me with what has gone wrong???????

By the way, I am using the Community Edition

And if there is anyway to just revert back to the original sugar format for this file that would be great, happy to lose my customisations if this fixes the problem.
