During testing, we use the Create Account link from the Shortcut panel which brought up a blank account form for editing.
After filling in info, we clicked the Save button.
The window turned blank and displayed something like "cannot access to this area, contact your administrator"
and reload the home page in a few secondes.
The user who created the Account cannot see the new record from his/her Account List.
If we check the new record from the Administrator login, it's been saved successfully.
Same problem happened to Create Lead also.
If we remove the user role setting and use default settings ("enabled" and "all"),
new Accounts can be created and visible to the owner.
But any user can see, edit, and remove records owned by OTHER users!
Is this a bug? Is there any fix or workaround?
Our system serves several users who do not want others to gain access to his/her customer data.
Please help.
Thanks.
