Create a call list

I'm a new Sugar user and in a crm solution I used to use I could create a "call list" from the accounts/contacts that resided in the datbase. Is that possible w/ the open source version?

I am trying to find a solution as well. I can not seem to link things together in Sugar Community edition.

Here is my problem

I have created a 2 Target lists , 1 from my leads and one from my contacts. I have associated a telesales campaign with it. I want my Users ( my employees) to call that target list since this is a telesales list and sell a service. If I log in as an employee I see My calls on Home module. It says call leads from target list but I want it to show the call list. If I go in calls and see on the page there is a call list option, and all it shows is " call leads from target list" I want it to show me the leads that were in that target list and their phone numbers. And also to track their status and update status in a batch. Can some one please help .

So you want to inset a Dashlet into your Home module containing your Prospect List of Leads and Contacts to call?
If yes than you have to create this Dashlet.
