Is it possible to create a call list from my leads? I would like to be able to "cross them off" as I call but am not sure how to do so.

There are a few things you can do, but first a question-
When you "cross off" a lead, what exactly does that mean? Do you change its status from New to Contacted, for example? Do you set a follow on appointment? In other words, what do you do to make you not want to deal with that lead any more?
Based on the answer, you might write a report and have that on your dashboard (or just keep running the reports, refreshing your "list"). Have the report criteria be "leads whose status is New" for example, then just work off the results of the report. You can drill down into a record from a Rows and Columns report to get to the details, and presumably to update the status (or whatever fields you're using for your report criteria).

We have written a telesales enhancement for that piurpose (not focused on leads but general on campaigns) that allows to select target lists and assign them to call agents for follow up.
Sugar Standard simply does not do this. Quoite a gap that should be fixed sometimes.
