I'm a new user and want to know if there is a way to create a PDF or Word document from within SugarCRM 4.5 Windows using for example account data. I know there is a Word plugin that imports data but can I go the other way?

Also, I would like to generate new tasks based on the completion of tasks. I know Workflow is a part of the Pro version, but is there any way (an external add-on for instance) that will allow me to do this in the Open Source version?
