Create New Contact/Account loads blank page

Steps to reproduce
NOTE: Successfull Installation. Setup 2 user accounts w/o issues.
1. After login, I click contacts (or accounts), then click create contact (or account)
2. A blank page loads without any fields to add information. NOTE: I still have shortcut links on the left side and the menu links across the top.

NOTE: I edited php.ini file to display errors and set level of error logging = E_ALL, restarted web services, but I don't see any other errors in the web interface.

It looks like a description of JavaScript error from IE.
Try to check this under FF. Does the problem exist there also?

I think the problem had to due with using Sugar 5.0RC and mySQL (latest version). I was asked to get this up and running and didn't have a lot of time to troubleshoot, especially code issues (not my strong suit). Instead I blew away what I had setup, downloaded and installed the last stable Sugar 4.6.1, known working PHP, and mySQL versions.

None of the documentation out there (forums included) covers everything that is needed for a successful installation. But I played around with the install/config for 1.5 days and finally got it working properly. I appreciate your help though!

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have exactly the same problem, have tested in Firefox as well. I have the latest version of mysql and PHP running on IIS 6.0

Please any help would be appreciated.
