Create New Tab

Hi,

I have downloaded SugarCRM for my company and its works great. Now I want to increase its functionality by adding one more tab 'ORDER FORM " at its home page like Cases,Leads,Oppurtunity,Account,Emails. The tab should display on the home page.I am also attaching the php file that should open after I click the ORDER FORM tab.I am also attaching the screenshot of the page.
Hope some one is there in forum who help me out.Please solve out my problem.

Thanks alot everybody. I have done it by my own. But the image is not clear.I m attaching the screenshot.
If possible then suggest me regarding this.

I think you missing the php open tag in your php file. Check your file If you user “<?” This tag means replace the “<?php”
