I've noticed that when creating a new user through sugar, some checkboxs are already checked by default. like Notify on Assignment feature. My goal is to have the system have the Reminders option to always be checked when an administrator creates a new user so that this option doesnt have to be checked each time that a user is created.

Anyone have an idea where this setting would have to be changed to get this particular functionality to work?
