Create a relation between contacts and sugar user

Hi to all!

Is it possible to make a relation between contacts ( in particular contry field) and user? I explain better. I wanna create a relation that allows to user (that I have defined in the administrative panel) to see and work only with contacts that stay, for example in Italy.

I'm not sure about Sugar CR, but in Pro and Ent, this could be handled by using the Teams Functionality.

Setup a team for each region, associate the Account with that team, and associate users with the teams they need access to.

I use Sugar Community Edition 5.0.0g. Don't you know where can I find some tutorial or similar?

I've had a quick look a the CE edition and I don't think it supports teams (which segment data access), so I am not sure how else to implement this functionality.
