Create a Report with detailed change log

Looking to be able to create a report with a change log for each account, contact, etc. Not exactly sure where to start.

I can create a report that shows what has been modified most recently, but I want to be able to see what changed to what over the last week, month, and such, hopefully in a report.

If you can't create a report to do this, is there any other way to view this info? Anything helps, thanks!

Currently, the audit tables (which make up the change log) are not exposed in Professional reports. The best way to access them is to use Sugar Enterprise's Enterprise Reports functionality, which allows you to write custom SQL queries. That way you can do joins against the audit tables.
