    Default Create Role no rights access limited single few modules

    Is there a way to start the creation of a new role from a Deny All status rather than Allow All? I think this would mean that all of the modules' access settings would be DISabled rather than ENabled.

    If only the Access column heading were clickable....Enable All or Disable All....wow.
