create table in modules

Is there any way to create a table with 5 rows and 5 columns our 10 rows and 3 columns our of any matrix size or dynamic table in any module or in custom modules

I want a table where i can enter some values .
Like wise S.no name amount date time etc.
these records to be filled in table only.

You can create a table through TableDictionary.
You can do this creating an installer which set a metadata entry.
