Create tasks for groups?

Is it possible to create groups in Sugar? How?

How can a task be assigned to such a group? For instance, it often happens that somebody thinks that someone from the tech team should write a new feature. So I would like for this person to create a task but assign it to the group (not a specific person) resulting in the task showing up in the tasks lists of ALL group members. Because it doesn't really matter who in the group works on that task - as long as somebody does it at all.

Is that possible? How?
