create user page is blank in 4.5.0b javascript errors

Hi,

I installed a fresh sugarcrm 4.5.0b.

Centos 4.4
sugarcrm 4.5.0b
Apache/2.0.52 (CentOS)
PHP Version 5.0.4
Mysql version 5.0.22

Everything seems to be working well except that the 'Create Role' page is blank. I really need to create role permissions to allow different level users on the system ASAP.

I have searched this forum for this bug and it appears to be a javascript error. in firefox javascript console the page generate 16 javascript errors (I am also getting IE javascript errors but not much detail);
