Create User problems !!!

hi all,

I got a problems on creating a user in SugarCrm.

Now i am using trixbox and sugarcrm to gether.

Whenever i want to create a user, the screen become blank, nothing coming out from the screen.
So i cannot create user for my sales people - until now still cannot using sugarcrm.

pls help me.....

I posted this on May. 31 and I didnot receive a solution

I am using 4.2.0d

I had the same problem.

So I deleted sugar and reinstall it again.

Then I could create and edit employee.

I also could create users. and edit them

The problem came when I change the password for the user.

Aftet that I had the same problem as you, I can not edit employees, and also I cannot create users, or edit them.

I have now a lot of employees and users, but only one user with password, because i can not change password for the others users.

Is this the same bug you're facing, or the bug you filed?

If so, it's not fixed yet because I assume it is difficult for Sugar Team to duplicate it. Which Apache, PHP, MySQL, OS are you using? No error in Apache? What if you turn on Sugar logging?
